It has came to my attention that I'm the only one posting on the Hoedown. Why isn't anyone else posting, any input? just curious, I'm very frustrated because I thought people would have something to share to make the Hoedown very active.

I fully understand your irritation as the same happens on my boards.Its very frustrating so yeah peoples..come on! It only takes a few members to post here and there and before you know it,we will have convos happening everywhere. I say we send out a posse  |

Yeah get a games section going.I'll come up with a few games once you have and then add a joke section.Make these two sub boards of the general chat section.You might also like to change the look and feel of the site .Maybe center the categories and colour the links so they stand out.Also if you like I can make some skins for you for the members to choose from.Its always nice to have a choice(imo).Then send out an email to all members letting them know that the member count is rising,and that the forum has lots of new features.You could add a reminder that being an active member means coming back and posting.I just thought..maybe a cowboy or general poetry section might go down ok...Just a few suggestions  edit: oopsy..didnt realise until just now that you already have a poetry section *shakes head*  ok another idea might be to add the extra smileys code and get some more themed smileys.I find that members love expressing themselves with them and they make for more fun. I'll go find a couple and post them back here just for example and then if you like the idea I will find some others for you.All the members can be told about the new features by email. Heres a couple diff pics to allow members to express with some humor     |
